We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Wealth Lending.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Commercialization: From business strategy to execution, focusing on frontline engagement and client engagement initiative to delivering business revenue
  • End-to-end Process: Initiate creative process streamlining ideas and collaborate with stakeholders to offer customer-centric and competitive product capabilities
  • Platform Innovation: Work closely with BA, Transformation, IT, Operations…etc teams to execute system platform development agenda, including business requirement, UAT and production testing, frontline & client communication plan
  • Lending Advisory: Weekly station at branches to provide handhold supports for RMs/Investment Specialists on new facility setup process and client portfolio construction
  • Product Management: Including but not limited to product approval committee, training, sales management, regulatory reporting, internal reporting, pricing, marketing campaign and business management
  • Smart Risk Management: Work with Credit Risk team to identify business opportunities while enhancing risk management and monitoring of the holistic lending business
  • Ensure product management risks and regulatory aspects are well managed while growing the business
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business and operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
  • Able to articulate technical knowledge in a manner that helps non-technical people to understand easily
