We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth Services Officer. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Handle the operation process of Transfer services to ensure no transaction is missed or delayed.  The process will include handling physical cert deposit/withdrawal, the co-ordination and liaison of daily processing with GSC located in China and maintenance of records to ensure the completeness of transactions and customer instructions
  • Assist the Transfer services to run the daily operational tasks and reports any irregularity and abnormality to superiors in a timely manner
  • Follow the operational control procedures delegated by superiors and perform reconciliation where applicable, alert of any changes in regulatory requirement to meet compliance standard
  • Handle customer / branch enquiries
  • Perform ad hoc request from superiors including system UAT and preparation of MI reports
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications preferred
  • Experience in banking industry, with sound knowledge of investment products / systems and relevant regulations preferred
  • Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel / Access preferred
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
