We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Be managing core infrastructure ever greening and migrations. 
• be aware of ITIL & Agile processes.
• have significant knowledge on monitoring infrastructure via various monitoring and alerting tools like SCOM & SPLUNK etc.
• have good verbal and written communication skills as the job role involves interaction with multiple stake holders across the globe + Senior management.
• Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered on the platforms.
• Vulnerability remediation expertise as per cyber security identified vulnerabilities on servers.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Should be able to relocate to Hyderabad or Pune
• Should have at least 4+ years of relevant experience as windows admin
• Should have expertise on Server Operating systems like Windows Server 2012/16/19.
• Should have good knowledge regarding application and patch deployment via SCCM and compliance.
• Should have good understanding for PowerShell scripting and other reporting tools for Citrix technologies
• Knowledge on Windows desktop OS hosted in a virtual environment.
• In place upgrade experience from 2012 to higher versions is desirable.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as GITHub, Confluence, and Jira.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Pivotal Cloud Foundry also beneficial.
