We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management
In this role you will:
• Supervise the implementation of the platform across various markets and channels.
• Direct technical solutions for products and engage in communication with various stakeholders.
• Assist the team with design, reviews, integration with different hosts, and production releases.
• Be responsible for the operational performance of products and services within a Product Group or a collection of development teams/pods.
• Ensure that testing strategies for DevOps activities are established across teams/pods for the products they support, encompassing test automation, test data, and environments—including virtual services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps teams, being accountable for the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous enhancement of a specific set of products or business services, or shared products/platforms/environments utilized by other DevOps Teams/Pods.
• Ensure that products and services comply with mandatory and regulatory standards, control objectives within the risk and control framework, and maintain technical currency (in accordance with established guidelines and standards), while working with the architecture function to implement business imperatives.
• Take responsibility for the creation and management of epics, backlog prioritization across teams/pods, and ensuring alignment with the IT operating model regarding agile and DevOps practices.
• Ensure that all activities conducted by Teams/Pods adhere to relevant Service Management protocols.
• Manage the balance of demand and supply for integration platform resources across different Value Streams
Requisitos
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Possess experience in the engineering aspects of the platform, focusing on code quality and compliance.
• Have work experience in project development utilizing Java/J2EE, Spring, and AWS services.
• Successfully deliver large-scale projects using agile methodologies.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of APIs, microservices, and databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS/GCP.
• Be familiar with DevOps tools in a cloud setting, such as Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and SonarQube, among others.
• Be capable of leading integrations with various systems both from a technical and functional perspective.
• Guide team members in technical aspects and the adoption of security tools.
• Possess analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Work independently with excellent communication skills.
• Effectively manage multiple projects across different markets.
• Exhibit flexibility in scheduling and lead deployment activities.
• Quickly learn and grasp different frameworks and assist the team in migrating APIs from one platform to another, providing guidance accordingly.
