The Client Implementation Manager is responsible for managing customer implementations, encompassing legal review, GPS product enablement and overseeing system integration (the testing, production deployment) of Global Payments & Solutions (GPS). This role also provides management and GPS consultancy services to clients that are critical to the GPS business.
Here’s what you can expect:
As our Client Implementation Manager, you will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key HSBC stakeholders and Implementation teams, resolve any/all identified issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management as appropriate to ensure timely awareness of any material concerns. This role will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology. Additionally, this will involve ensuring they effectively manage sales suitability, money laundering, counter terrorist financing, fraud, and reputational risk.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $62,500 and $93,700.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

- Proven experience in Corporate Treasury and/or Global Payments Solutions (GPS)
- Project management experience managing multiple complex global projects with conflicting timescales
- Experience with digital e-solutions with the ability to relate to Corporate business requirements and capabilities (Host to Host, API & other e-commerce platforms)
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
- Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
