We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Distribution Support Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Work seamlessly with Product, Underwriting, Case Management, Compliance, and Business Risk Control teams on pipeline management

  • Ensure end-to-end pipeline business from high-net-worth channels is promptly submitted and effected

  • Ensure compliance with all governance frameworks, regulations, procedures, practices, and quality standards

  • Deliver a quality client experience and establish HSBC Life's competitive advantages

  • Prepare regular reports including marketing intelligence, commissions, business effectiveness, etc

  • Collaborate with internal and/or external partners to organize the launch of new products, customer privileges/services/events/enablers

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

  • Solid experience and understanding in life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements

  • Prior work experience within the insurance industry

  • Insurance related license is required, including completion of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Long Term Business (i.e. Principle & Practice of Insurance Examination, and Long-Term Insurance Examination), and to comply with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and developing strategic partnerships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
