WPB Fraud - Fraud Operations
Principal responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying fraudulent activity on various products, across multiple platforms, to protect Company assets and our customers.
- Initiates and/or receives contact from customers, potential victims and external parties while monitoring various queues, reports and items as part of the fraud prevention process.
- Leads by example and may assist with training and other departmental support as needed.
Requirements
- Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics.
- Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations.
- Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
- Candidates with prior telemarketing or call centre exposure are welcome to apply.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
