Your career opportunity
The role covers CEP platforms across all Regions and will interface with other business areas and departments, including Cybersecurity, Group CE (ITID/CTO), Global Risk Domains, Internal and External Audit.
What you’ll do
• Engages effectively with customers/stakeholders at all levels.• Builds and maintains effective working relationships, especially with the Group CEP Core, Technical & Support teams.• Implementation of the 1st LoD Activities for the CEP Domain• Reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business• Implement the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with Global Head of Compliance, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer.• Deals with ambiguous situations in an autonomous manner and escalate where necessary
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Good Project Management skills and proven track record in delivering change.• Deep knowledge of subject matter, specifically in relation to CEP Systems – IBM z (zSeries)• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills• Ability to think creatively to deliver innovative solutions.• Ability to build and maintain relationships.• Ability to engage others and work autonomously.
