Your career opportunity
We develop and maintain the tools for Product Control. The tools comprise mostly of Fair Value Adjustments and Independent Price verification processes and regulatory Stress Testing. We are looking to extend the capabilities of existing tools and building new ones. Our current efforts are focused on developing a new platform and phasing out the aging application. The new platform is based on a microservice architecture, modular user interface, queues, and orchestration.

What you’ll do
    • Develop new features and be responsible for maintaining live processes.
    • Create secure solutions confirmed by SAST, DAST cybersecurity reports.
    • Review colleagues code and proactively suggest optimizations, increased security, etc.
    • Provide input to test plans and test strategies as well as input to design discussions and project planning meetings.
    • Engage with multiple stakeholder groups.
    • Work in PODs to help deliver Stories / Tasks and involved in providing the Functional Support in Production tickets / Incidents on rota basis.
    • Use, Configure and Manage Changes in CI CD Tools.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Understanding and proven by experience C# .net programming skills
    • Knowledge of Python will be an advantage, but is not required
    • Good understanding of SQL and knowledge of non-relational databases
    • Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to read and create technical documentation
    • Communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Prior experience and/or understanding of Product Control Valuation domain involving Fair Value Adjustments and Independent Price verification (IPV) is optional but will be an additional asset
