We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Commercial Growth.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Leading the development and execution of customer growth strategies, with a strong focus on the Emerging Affluent, High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-HNW segments
  • Manage end-to-end customer propositions, ensure propositions are customer-centric, differentiated, and commercially viable
  • Manage the customer funnel, awareness, consideration, lead generation, channel activation, conversion, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and referral. Drive commercial outcomes through campaigns, partnerships, and loyalty initiatives
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, with accountability for results and ROI
  • Partner with channels to design and deliver customer events, with oversight of event strategy, delivery, and ROMI
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Channels, Operations, Marketing, Experience, and Intelligence teams to deliver sustainable growth and enhanced customer value
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that strengthen customer value propositions and enhance the HNW offering
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Commercial Growth team, setting clear objectives and ensuring delivery excellence
Requirements

To be successful you will

  • Proven experience in driving HNW growth in the insurance industry
  • Extensive experience in commercial growth, customer proposition, or marketing leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in HNW proposition management, customer loyalty, and strategic partnerships
  • Track record of delivering measurable results across acquisition, retention, and cross-sell
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in partner onboarding
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and execution-driven mindset
