We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

Business: Markets & Sec Services IT

Principal responsibilities

• Play a role as an IT architect for Cash Prime value stream covering 5 pods (Prime Portal, Prime Reporting, Prime Kestrel, CTS, Rehype and Fab CPT)
• Analyze businesses' IT needs and design, build, and tailor complex technological infrastructures to meet those needs.
• Create strategic technical solutions adopting the group architecture design principals, factor in green energy consumption, with appropriate design patterns to support system scalability, reliability and resiliency
• Lead the engineers to stick with the design and accomplish a project goal. Communicate constantly their designs and plans to management.
• Lead the team to complete the migration of massive services off legacy platform and onboard to strategic platform. Develop generic solution and help other pods to adopt and provide continuous optimized solutions post migration.
• Continuously review the application and ensure effective cyber security measures in place.
• Contribute to wider group by knowledge sharing, inspiring people with innovative ideas, implementing POC or helping ACs to adopt a universal design.

• Strong background on both backend and frontend technologies like Java, SQL, javaScript, HTML, ReactJs, including but are not limited to: development, trouble shooting and performance optimization.
• Rich experiences on micro service. You should have clear understanding of the development, load balancing, metrics and performance collection and analysis, and support of micro service based applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Serverless design and development.
• Experience on distributed computing systems and even-driven design.
• Strong communication skills with different parties including upper tech management, business, engineers and etc.
• Strong presentation skills to host technical sharing session to wide audience.
• Capability to be multi-tasking and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-pace.

What additional skills will be good to have?

• AI/Machine learning, particularly LLM (Large Language Model) solution design.
• Have a strong Agile/DevOps mindset and understand how it works.
• Have experience leading and managing an agile cross function delivery team and taking end to end accountability for quality delivery and production operation.
