We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager, Cards Acquisition. 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for card acquisition for assigned channel(s), such as but not limited to branches, mobile sales channel, digital or tele-sales.
  • Understand and familiarise with credit card and APFi policy and acquisition journey; to improve on-boarding journey efficiency, minimising snags, improving turnaround time, and better approval rates.
  • Work closely with Asia Cards team as well as the local team throughout the value chain of cards and unsecured lending acquisition. This includes risk, underwriting, processing, marketing, channels, data analytics and other support channels.
  • Where required, to plan, develop & execute the end-to-end credit card acquisition activities. This include communicating to all relevant parties, managing enquiries from channels, and/or complaints on cards acquisition related.
  • Monitor, analyse and review acquisition results to ensure continuous improvement of sales and campaign deliverables. Then share with the channels for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activities and tasks are within the approved budget and comply with the regulatory, legal and all other risk concerns.
  • May require to manage external partners, or visit acquisition sites on weekends or off working hours.
  •       Minimum 7 years working experience in consumer banking products line, example credit card, unsecured lending, mortgage.
  •        Analytical and able to use data to identify opportunities to grow card acquisition.
  •        Must have good stakeholder management.
  •        Able to manage and motivate channels which includes Branches, Direct Sales Teams, Tele-sales, and digital sales.
  •        Ability to think out-of-the-box to craft innovative campaigns and able to establish strategies to drive card acquisition.
  •        Have good planning and organisation skills.
