We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Fraud Management - WPB FCS UTILITY - HASE RTMM.

Principal responsibilities

  • Providing level 1 support for all Wintel and Linux servers.

  • Administrating servers, including hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, operating system configuration and security, backup and recovery, monitoring, performance and tuning.

  • Creating, maintaining, and executing high availability and disaster recovery plans and proposing alternative Wintel/Linux architectures and solutions.

  • Developing an understanding of the business systems and their associated server requirements.

  • Leading/Participating in projects starting from the technical evaluation initiation phase to determine impact on existing systems, providing inputs on risks, performance, and optimization.

  • Implementing good planning and resource forecasting techniques.

  • Working with Group SA to adopt best practices and standards.

  • Guaranteeing server recoverability by managing the scheduling of system backups and data archive operations in conjunction with Data Centre Operations.   

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Wintel/Linux infrastructure in an enterprise environment.

  • As required by the Chinese regulator CSRC, the role holder must pass the securities industry qualification exam (the exam is in Chinese only).

Professional Skills & Experience

  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, MOM/SCOM, NIS, Zoning and other Wintel/Linux technologies

  • Good knowledge of server installation, security management, backup and recovery, capacity and performance management, replication, troubleshooting

  • Ability to automate tasks with scripting.

  • Able to respond to regulatory and exchange inquiries and communications. 

  • Able to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.

  • Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.    

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
