We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Global Private Banking.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns including events and various activities to deliver against the objectives and ambitions of the Global Marketing strategy and plan for Global Private Banking (GPB), targeting UHNW and HNW segments of HSBC Group
  • Formulate and implement marketing campaigns and activities to support the achievement of revenue growth targets for Global Private Banking
  • Drive customer acquisition in key segments, build HSBC's brand presence, and support the local activation of campaigns and activities
  • Implement campaigns locally, working with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure that the HSBC brand is promoted consistently, using agreed campaign assets and supporting materials
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer-centricity and collaboration throughout the planning, decision-making, and implementation process
  • Effectively manage agency and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery, including onboarding, requisition, and payment requirements
  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure that marketing investment is clearly aligned with business outcomes
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experienced in managing marketing campaigns and events
  • Banking, luxury, or event agency experience is preferred; strong candidates from other industries will also be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. Proficient in Chinese inputting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of how to use AI
  • A team player with great energy and passion, strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across functions and lines of business
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
