We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Primary Banker 1 working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
  • Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
  • Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products.
  • Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
  • Utilize customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales.
  • Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system.
  • Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met.


  • Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
  • Candidate with at least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Strong customer handling and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritized.
