We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Public Relationship Manager

Business: Global Technology Centres

Principal responsibilities

The Public Relations Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the reputation of HTC. This role involves managing external engagements with industry experts and participating in regional and national events. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and CxO-level executives. The goal is to support our knowledge exchange and talent attraction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute strategies that align with the centre's goals for enhancing reputation, absorbing industrial best practices, and attracting talent.
• Oversee external interactions with industry experts and represent the centre at regional and national events, ensuring meaningful participation.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and CxO-level executives, to enable effective communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with the Communications teams to develop engaging content that emphasizes the centre's achievements and initiatives, while incorporating industry best practices into HTC.
• Stay informed of industry trends and news to identify opportunities for thought leadership and engagement.
• Plan and manage events, workshops, and forums that encourage knowledge exchange and highlight the centre's expertise.
• Assess and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Support Trade Union HTC on maintaining strong and close relationship with government related party. 

Requirements

• 8+ year experienced in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
• Strong network within the industry and experience in engaging with industry experts and attending relevant events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and CxO-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong risk and control mindset, with the ability to identify potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
