We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Traded Risk driven projects
- Manage the stakeholders primarily from Traded Risk IT team, Risk Transformation team and Traded Risk Management.
- Deliver the Traded Risk project portfolio as agreed in project’s governance
- Financial and resource management to support delivery of the project portfolio
- Attend project governance representing interests for Traded Risk IT
- Support project management decisions by reflecting dependencies, risks and issues to project governance and stakeholders.
- Provide dashboard on project execution status, successes and benefits.
- Work with Traded Risk IT and Risk Transformation teams for project delivery with agile approach.
- Define/Share the IT roadmap and approach for cross projects overview.
- Draw out Cross Projects Dependencies and Impacts, outline the ways various components of IT projects interact with one another, to observe and report any cross dependencies and impacts within Traded Risk.
- Manage IT portfolio resources and financials from a wider view of multiple projects.
- Perform best-value analysis of both concrete and hypothetical factors that might affect project funding, demand and supply.
- University degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline
- Extensive delivery lead / project management experience
- Fully aware of the IT and business strategy locally and globally, any associated changes, and the underlying drivers of the strategic objectives
- Excellent knowledge of the project management and agile approach discipline
- Strong navigation skills and ability to understand business requirements.
- Strong commercial orientation and can appreciate the business usage of system developed.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to work effectively with IT developers.
- Good communicator with good presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster partnerships.
- Good English communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
- A certification of Project Management Professional is an advantage for example PMP.
- Market risk, counterparty credit risk and global markets product knowledge is an advantage.
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Domain knowledge on Traded Risk or financial related.
- Fluent English oral communication.
- IT Development Experience and Programming Languages (e.g. Java, J2EE, Python, UNIX/Linux/shell scripting)
