 We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Supervisory Bank Assistant Manager

Principal Accountabilities
  • Join the projects, work with regional team to share international best practice, align operating models and share technology between sites.
  • Ensuring that clients are operating in accordance with the regulations and in accordance to the restrictions as detailed in the schemes documentation.
  • Ensuring work flow is effectively managed and conducted within set deadlines.
  • Act as a link between the team and Senior Managers to ensure business is conducted appropriately, ensuring a high standard of client service is provided
  • Act as one of the principal point of contact for trustee clients in relation to Regulatory developments and client queries
  • Supervise on daily operation of Supervisory Bank team assigned by LM
  • Supervise Fund Management Company at local to ensure that their operations comply with Fund document and regulation. 
  • Perform other internal control tasks and back-up as assigned and/or delegated by Manager.
  • Coordinate with Client Service team to review, update client’s Operation Memorandum relating to the daily workflow that agreed with clients for proper implementation and co-operation
  • Handle client’s queries about Supervisory bank services and support Client Service team to implement service improvement initiative

Information
  • Appropriate Trustee/Supervising Bank or Fund Services experience
  • Appropriate technical knowledge to deal with legal, accounting and technical issues arising in relation to servicing of funds
  • Ability to analyse complex business issues and propose solutions
  • Having good communication skills
  • Strong team working ability and capable of encouraging ideas and input from team members.
  • Ability to work under project is a strength.
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments, stock markets and derivatives.
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Accounting/Audit background is preferred
