Digital Business Services (DBS)
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
- Manage end user services for headquarter of HSBC China and regional Branch outlets to ensure all end user support service delivery and quality.
- Develop competent and effective resources and supervise the team and service vendors to perform daily tasks in accordance with Group standard and policy, and ensure the service performance within agreed PLA/SLA.
- Support and coordinate various projects / initiatives implementation and delivery.
- Banking regulatory support and regulator communication for respective region Branches, and business engagement, stakeholder relationship management.
- By planning annual ROP for its responsible cost pools, guide team to deliver standard IT service and operations to support business growth within agreed budgets and recharges.
- Responsible for Branch IT operation and deployment of local IT systems and projects to optimize speed, cost, quality and customer service.
There is a need for professional, industry standard, consultancy/inter personal communication skills to ensure optimum portfolio performance and rationalization, strategic planning, technical requirements, outsourcing, operational risk and compliance, as well as relationship management with the numerous internal customers groups across HSBC China.
- Majored in Computer science or related area
- Extensive experience in a managerial role within an IT or related field, including experience of managing a global function with a geographically dispersed team
- A high level of technical expertise including good technical design and implementation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders
- Understands and interprets complex business and IT requirements. Strong customer service-oriented culture
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; Strong people management ability
- Good project management skill
- Understanding of business finance and experience of effective management of budgets and expenditure
- Skillful to handle IT compliance related issue
- Good English spoken and written skills
