Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President/Vice President – Credit Card Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare activation and acquisition campaigns with the excellent fulfillment process, and deliver the acquisition target and customer growth.
  • Collaborate with channels, underwriting and analytics team to prepare, measure, monitor incoming leads or application, approval rate, and decline reason.
  • Manage and develop alternate sales channels throughout digital, face-to-face channels, and strategic partners for acquisition.
  • Liaise with all sales channels to devise effective sales strategies, review sales score cards, and achieve the target numbers.
  • Work with credit risk to ensure sourcing is optimized, and sourcing policies are aligned to target segment.
  • Review back end processes and document requirements to achieve TAT.
