Global Banking (GB)

HSBC’s global capabilities and footprint allow our Global Banking teams to provide a single coverage point for multinational clients operating internationally. Offering vast expertise and local knowledge, especially in emerging markets, Global Banking products and services have been designed to meet the global financial needs of our clients, whatever and wherever they are.


We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.


In this role, you will:


To maximize the revenues of customer portfolio and increase the Bank’s share of customer wallets

To maintain a high level of credit quality in the jobholder’s customer portfolio and to mitigate the hidden risks of the evolving Global Banking products

To build effective customer relationships and to become the customers’ preferred financial partner and trusted advisor.

To coordinate the CST to ensure the clients’ needs are covered in a proactive and efficient manner.

To support the senior bankers in operational issues.




To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:


Ability to provide marketing support to senior relationship managers

Ability to establish rapport with members of client’s management team

Ability to provide good analytical support to senior relationship managers

Strong PC skills (excel, powerpoint etc.)

Good team player

Knowledge of HSBC Group structures and products

Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of the spectrum of banking products and services

Understanding of risk management and credit mitigants

Good level of financial analysis ability


Mature portfolio management skills and good knowledge of transaction banking and investment banking products;

Good understanding of credit and financial crime risk management and risk mitigation; and

Good command of problem solving, (verbal and written) presentation and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
