We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Liquidity Reporting
Principal responsibilities
- The principal responsibility of the Business Analysis job category is to manage and execute analysis activity for one or more projects, programmes or value streams like Risk Weighted Asset, Liquidity or Financial Reporting. The role holder may be in a variety of areas of HSBC, they may be in projects as well as in established BAU teams.
- It is possible that the Business Analyst will work on multiple projects, programmes or value streams simultaneously. Primary responsibilities & accountability includes the following-
- Lead cloud requirements (L1 & L2- Mandatory regulatory requirement, B3R requirements, system enhancements, output requirements)
- Work on finding the optimal design solution of the requirements by interacting with different stakeholders.
- Ensuring all the requisite project documents (functional designs, L2 solution, technical design, etc) are prepared & maintained.
- Involved in the various stages of Change Delivery cycle (design, testing, implementation).
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure they understand the design/functionality of the changes.
- Ensuring agreed design timeline are met as per the deadlines by the team.

Qualifications – External
- Techno-functional skills are preferred.
- Experience of Finance and / or regulatory reporting execution and delivery.
- Knowledge of regulatory rules related to RWAs/Liquidity & Financial Reporting.
- Worked with a large Global Finance team that delivers complex and transformational regulatory change.
- Strong documentation skills (Microsoft Office).
- Experience in the delivery of change with excellent business analysis capabilities and a track record of successfully being involved in complex change projects with cross functional impacts and dependencies.
- Understanding of HSBC group structures, values, behaviors, processes and objectives.
- Good knowledge of the external regulatory reporting environment.
