We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will: 
•    Coordinate the planning, approval, and implementation of Network changes globally, aligning with ITIL and internal governance standards.
•    Review change requests for completeness, compliance, and risk, ensuring that high-risk or critical changes are appropriately escalated.
•    Facilitate and document Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings across multiple time zones.
•    Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Changes and Global Change Calendar, aligning with maintenance windows and business event blackouts.
•    Ensure robust pre-implementation planning, post-change validation, and PIRs for significant changes.
•    Liaise with global teams (network, server, cloud, security) to ensure consistent execution and documentation of change activities.
•    Work closely with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to prepare change evidence and reports for internal and external audits.
•    Design and deliver comprehensive change management reports, including KPIs, success/failure rates, emergency changes, and change velocity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
•    Minimum 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and change management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
•    Evidence of having conceptual knowledge of networking technologies like LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi
•    Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL Foundation certification required.
•    Experience with global ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent.
•    Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
•    Background of working with the Agile methodology and associated tool sets – Jira, Confluence, Service NOW etc…
•    Flexible working is essential as the team will be geographically dispersed
