We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- End-to-end IT Project delivery role to ensure successful implementation/rollout of Payment Messaging projects.
- Collaborating with and driving global and regional teams (testing, engineering and ITID teams) at different geographical locations to rollout the regional/globally SWIFT systems.
- Collaborating with regional and global business teams and partner systems to formulate detailed requirements.
- Interpreting user requirements and produce detailed documentation for communication to engineering team, partner team and global/regional teams.
- Ability to effectively and concisely communicate and walk-through business operation teams the detailed requirements and the technical design to showcase the proposed solution.
- Producing high-level and detailed impact assessments to inform estimated effort for work packages.
- Proactively plan for the implementation of developed/customized changes to production.
- Support the system development, SIT, UAT, implementation and post-release activities with clear documentation supplemented.
- Collaborating with regional production support team, business operation CoE to resolve production incidents and post incident follow up.
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline.
- 5 years+ end-to-end project delivery experiences in deploying global and/or regional projects in Financial Institution.
- Proven capability to work with business to digest requirements and collaborate with technology clients to identify function solutions to fulfil business requirements.
- Proven development experiences in Java, Linux and Oracle.
- Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; An ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
- Able to work in flexible hours.
