We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement data products that align with the bank’s data strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data technologies and platforms
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Ensure compliance with data security policies and regulations
• Contribute to the overall success of the Analytic Technology team through proactive participation and engagement
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics and software engineering
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data analytics
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
