HASE Chief Control Office (‘CCO’) under Chief Operating Office (‘COO’)

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Control Manager, reporting to Head of WPB Risk and Control.

Principal responsibilities
 

  • Primarily responsible for supporting WPB on Risk & Control, Risk Governance, Risk Advisory and Policy Implementation

  • This role also has a Financial Crime Risk and Fraud Risk focus and has been working closely with Business SMEs such as RB&W Business Financial Crime Risk (BFCR) and Fraud Management (FM) in risk management activities

  • Active collaboration and engagement with many stakeholders including WPB Product Heads to working level colleagues

  • High volume, fast paced activities requiring management of shifting priorities, emerging issues, incidents

     

Requirements

  • Proven track records on risk management experience in banks

  • Expertise in Financial Crime Risk and Fraud Risk

  • Proactive attitude, team spirit and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
