We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

Department: - WPB

WPB Fraud & Credit decisioning services IT global decisioning function supports RBWM’s core global retail originations & account management operation – processing over a billion customer decisions annually, across 20+ markets

In addition, the function is embarking on a journey to replace current technology offerings that supports the customer collections Management Information System with Big Data/ETL(DataStage)/SQL Server/Oracle and Cloud based Business Intelligence platform across the markets.
The successful candidate will be drive the technology evolution whilst managing the teams providing change & support for the existing solutions across the multiple markets. 

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design GCP architecture to meet their needs.
• Develop and implement cloud strategies, best practices, and standards to ensure efficient and effective cloud utilization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud solutions on GCP.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team to develop their skills and expertise in GCP.
• Drive Automation activities across multiple platforms, leading to improvement in LLTD, resolution of Issues and MODE-2 accreditation in turn driving business benefits.
• Stay up to date with the latest GCP technologies, trends, and best practices and assess their applicability to client solutions.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in GCP offerings and services to provide industry-leading solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, compliance, and governance requirements in GCP solutions.
• Should be able to coordinate with business teams and architect team for solution.
• Redesign and simplify an overly-complex user interface, while preserving all functionality.
• Responsible for delivering the user stories on time in a sprint with minimum bugs.
• Develop new user-facing features and build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Understanding the Consumer banking and developing the modules with the requirement specification.
• Handling the front end development and related functionalities per requirements with good quality of code
• Mentor the junior team members whenever needed.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 10+ Years experience on Development, with hands on expertise on Java, jQuery, JavaScript,React, Bootstrap, Java/J2EE, Spring,Spring Boot, REST, JSON,Micro Services skills.
• Must have good implementation experience on various GCP, GKE services and Postgresl
• Must have programmatic experience with programming languages shell script and Python.
• Experience in maneuvering resources in delivering tight projects.
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and products as the job demands.
• Experience in implementing Data-governance solutions.
• GCP cloud certification is good to have.
• Credit lending Decisioning domain knowledge for account origination is good to have
• System knowledge on CDS decision systems is good to have
