The purpose of this role is to successfully shape and execute against HSBC’s CIB, COO & HBEU global strategic change & simplification agenda. CIB Banking T&P Process Engineering Manager will collaborate with various Businesses across regions to successfully support and deliver Change and build Community for the Bank to streamline and digitize our products, propositions and internal processes. They will be accountable for the timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives, adhering to HSBC core practices, objectives & frameworks.

What you’ll do
    • Support and implement process excellence and re-engineering agenda across all regions globally
    • Cultivate and evolve a continuous improvement culture and community emphasizing on Lean Six Sigma (LSS) techniques 
    • Develop Lean Six Sigma artifacts and conduct LSS Green Belt/Yellow Belt trainings 
    • Drive and coach productivity/efficiency related LSS improvement projects 
    • Deliver improvement initiatives following the LSS approach that will attract more participation and growth within the Business
    • Support mobilization of Bloom Flow (idea generation platform) and replication, if needed  
    • Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality output exceeding user expectations

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications are preferred 
    • Hands-on experience driving Trainings, Project Coaching with preference on driving Lean Six Sigma agenda 
    • Should have delivered projects with medium complexity and scope
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders, and get necessary actions/decisions taken within desired timelines 
    • Strong communication skills for training/coaching 
    • Excellent inter-personal skills and analytical skills 
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and location environment 
    • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously with handling ad-hoc tasks on regular basis 
    • Skills to overcome challenges & roadblocks, create innovative solutions and work in an agile way
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
