Your career opportunity
Global Transformation Analyst are at the centre of how Global Transformation shapes, delivers and embed change working with the business and our delivery partners. They are responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change management and Implementation Management.
Analysts work collaboratively with delivery partner and subject matter experts in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options. In systems related projects and programmes, the role holder will support Software Delivery and IT Operations with the translation of business requirements and design into more detailed functional requirements and design, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.
What you’ll do
- Lead analysis to facilitate problem statement analysis, elaboration of requirements etc.
- Be responsible for big picture end to end thinking.
- Bridge the gap between product, technology, propositions, markets, business, and delivery teams.
- Source and interpreting data and insights to underpin the feasibility and design of digital features and functions.
- Collaborate with other Digital teams working in an Agile environment to deliver more features faster.
- Uphold best practices and standards and help grow maturity in discipline.
- Lead, support, and coach Business Analysts that may, in some cases, involve line management responsibilities
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Experience gathering requirements, process re-engineering or conducting design activity.
- Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise.
- Some experience of data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders, experience with running meetings over video or teleconference in English.
- Some experience in Change Adoption processes, plan and implement change interventions to enable smooth transition to Business as usual, from requirements gathering, communications till end user training.
