Qualifications For Relationship Manager Acquisition:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the funding or banking industry, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Demonstrated motivation and results-driven sales approach.
  • Passionate about building a career in sales with strong networking capabilities.
  • Commercially driven with a high level of motivation.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications For Premier Relationship Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail or Premier Banking as a Relationship Manager.
  • Active certifications in investment and/or insurance are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Financial Markets, and Investment Products.
  • Expected to hold the relevant certifications (WPPE, WAPERD and AAJI).

Qualifications For Teller:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Well-organized, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and consistency in daily operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to collective goals.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling transactions and customer information.
  • Service-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications For Universal Banker:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; having experience in administrative roles would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of banking products and ability to identify sales opportunities (cross-selling/up-selling).
