We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist
Reporting to the Head of FICC IRIS and Pricing, you will have an opportunity to solve the technology challenges of tomorrow, as you are flexible and like to learn something new every single day.

Assist Senior managers and fellow FICC’ers in conceptualizing innovative ideas based on strategy.
Work independently and as part of IRIS and Pricing team to come up with a range of ideas and execution of the Project, in the end, you love to code and you really love to code in Front End Technology space.
In this role, you will:
- We are looking for a lead front end developer, who will join our delivery team supporting development and maintenance of the Fixed Income Regulatory applications – Line Pricer and IRIS.
- A successful candidate must have strong knowledge and skills in front-end coding and tooling area in order to support various requirements coming from our business partners
- We expect this person will play one of the key roles in the delivery team - not only when it comes to code development but also in technical consultancy, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring other developers and driving key initiatives with Global Businesses Global Debt Markets and Emerging Markets, FX
- To contribute to requirements gathering and delivery planning in order to meet our business partners’ needs in both quality and on-time delivery aspect
- Working on code development for PoCs, new requirements and on fixing existing bugs/defects according to agreed standards and best practices
- Identify potential opportunities in Technical Architecture, Processes, Interactions with Business and plan fixing them with business
- Consulting closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements, developing user stories in association with product owners, Business Analysts and lead technical solutions
- Working with development team to map requirements to delivery schedules and pipelines, working with testing team to ensure appropriate test cases are executed and automated against requirements
- Conducting research – both in technology but also business process and strategy – to ensure knowledge of best practice needed to support delivery for business stakeholders
- Responsible for planning cyber and TRCB agenda from Front end perspective
- Able to also troubleshoot backend for production
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Must Have -
- >10 years of IT experience in front end development as Individual contributor as well as mentor
- Experience working in Agile projects and micro- frontends
- Participate in platform improvement initiatives like improvement of performance, production stability
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative and Global team construct
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Experienced with one of major UI frameworks: React / Angular experiences, preferably both
- Exposure to Message driven architectures working on JMS, IBM MQ / Artemis / Solace etc.
- Hands-on experience with API first principles, DevSecOps and CI/CD tools ex. Teamcity /Jenkins / JIRA/ Confluence, Cyberflows, Kenna
- Familiar with Unit Test / Regression Test / e2e Test and Sophisticated with Subversion tools ex. Git
Good to Have –
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (e.g. Oracle) or NOSQL DBs (e.g. MongoDB)
- Exposure to Fixed Income Cash and Derivative products.
- Experience with Industry tooling like AG Grid
- In-depth knowledge of trade Life cycle & Straight Through Processing (STP).
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting guidelines by various regulatory authorities
