We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- DevOps Integration: Foster a DevOps culture by promoting collaboration between development and operations teams. Oversee the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployment processes.
- Change Management: Oversee the change control process, ensuring that all changes are assessed for risk, approved, and implemented with minimal disruption to services.
- Incident Management: Directly manage incident response activities, leading investigations and resolution efforts for operational disruptions. Utilize root cause analysis to mitigate future incidents and enhance operational resilience.
- Deployment Oversight: Plan and coordinate software and system deployments, ensuring that all activities align with established schedules and quality standards.
- Environment Patch Management: Manage the scheduling and execution of environment patching and updates, ensuring that all systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest security protocols.
- Proactive Monitoring & Performance Management: Utilize advanced monitoring tools to oversee operational performance metrics. Ensure the digital security platform remains high-availability and reliable under varying loads.
- Automation & Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization through automation of routine operations. Implement practices that enhance workflow efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and increase overall reliability.
- Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development, security, and IT teams to ensure operational alignment, providing guidance and support for operational processes.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational procedures and ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in operations management, with a proven track record in managing security platforms or similar environments.
- Proficiency in operational management tools and methodologies, with experience in deployment and change management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and experience handling critical incidents.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, COBIT, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), etc.) are preferred.
