We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Technology Services Manager - DIGITAL PRODUCTION SERVICES.

Principal responsibilities

  • The Digital Marketing Services Manager will be responsible for strategy development and implementation of marketing efforts for HSBC owned websites and apps. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven strategic insights to maximize customer conversions and ecommerce revenue. The Digital Marketing Services Manager also serves as a subject matter expert on a variety of digital marketing tools for web optimisation, tag management, content management and customer relationship management platforms.
  • The role requires the ability to connect with business and functions to understand marketing goals and be able to deliver through the implementation of various digital marketing technology. The role also requires ability to capitalize on data to be able to generate actionable insights and provide recommendations to enhance digital marketing strategies and grow digital presence.
  • Digital Marketing Services Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams within the business and functions to implement digital marketing strategies as well as to actively audit, escalate and support in the resolution of issues identified to mitigate risks, enhance effectiveness, improve user experience and sites’ overall quality.
  • The Digital Marketing Services Manager will support team’s development through project opportunities, training, and coaching sessions. The role requires to be up to date to latest trend in marketing technologies and align them with business requirements.
  • The Digital Marketing Services Manager is expected to assist and/or report to the identified chapter lead within the service. The chapter lead will then be responsible for the team’s objectives and performance review, supporting the Production lead in making sure the overall goals and strategic alignment both on the service and business are met.
Requirements
  • Should have post-secondary education – either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate.
  • Experience using Sitecore/AEM as content management system, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript language programming.
  • 3-4 years professional experience in website optimisation particularly A/B testing and multivariate site experiments.
  • Previously managed large websites to support wider marketing strategy collaborating with UX design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO best practices including tools to continuously drive optimisation on the websites.
  • Familiar in website analytics tools eg Adobe/Google analytics, Tealium IQ, etc.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work as part of a team or as an individual.
  • Able to lead and manage a team.
  • Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere.
  • Flexibility in working different shifts when required.
  • Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
