We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Manager, Main Treasury.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

• To oversee the cash discrepancies discovered by Main Treasury (MTY) / banks / branches / companies which includes
  • data input into Vault management System 
  • check the vouchers for posting via HSBC workstation System 
  • make sure the records keeping of relative correspondence within the retention period 
  • chase refunds for outstanding shortages
• To ensure the General/Ledger account has no outstanding balance or the identified breaks are being handled
• To co-operate with Building management team to maintain the effectiveness of building facilities of HSBC Building Kowloon including lighting and air-conditioning, to provide optimum working condition to all tenants of the building
• To provide operation support to Main Treasury teams about securities, cost, vendors, contingency plan and etc

To be successful you will need

• Knowledge on banking transaction processing, general office administration and PC
• Strong operational efficiency and control mindset
• Knowledge on Cash operations
• Good customer service communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
• Available to work overtime if necessary
