Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead a commercial cards product line. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of internal systems and a proven track record of managing all aspects of product management, including strategic development, business growth and client experience enhancement.
The role holder may be located in retail, commercial, business banking, asset management or equity fields. 
The role holder may not have direct reports but may be supported by junior staff.

Role holders will carry out activities which will include most of the below:
- Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on market competitiveness, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through retirement, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands and regulatory standards.
• Participate in proposition development, pricing, retention, service, communication and product management across HSBC
• Championing existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
• Preparing product analyses and research for consideration
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product line, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Working with internal stakeholders to support growth of the product line
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
