We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

• Support Third Party Management and procurement activities within the GCP team
• Support management of budgets to for short to long-term business activities including headcount and travel
  
• Support workforce management activities including hiring, onboarding, offboarding etc
  
• Co-ordinate risk management activities within the GCP team in collaboration with Risk and Compliance colleagues
• Support Capacity management processes for all components.
• Support on Change Management / Incident / Problem
• Support on Internal Communication ( COMMS Sent to Service Owner’s )
• Ensure delivery of high quality centrally hosted documentation for all activities
• Ensure that all controls are evidenced in the right locations at the right time.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency, and continuously improve service management process execution.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proactive and positive worker
• Excellent communicator (both written and oral)
• Service Management experience
• Tooling experience to include ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and other Service Management tools.
• Knowledge of HSBC Service Management processes.
• Knowledge on Cloud Computing
