Senior Manager Project Management, HSBC Technology & Services (USA) Inc., New York, NY:
Contribute to the development and promotion of technology portfolio project management practices and the broader Platforms strategy. Drive program delivery, proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, and risks. Support senior project/program managers across all stages of the initiative lifecycle to deliver larger, more complex, or high priority programs and projects. Lead the definition of staffing/resourcing, responsibilities, and schedules. Lead the establishment of effective program controls and procedures. Drive the adoption of HSBC standards, and work in alignment with Change framework at all times. Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place/work within quality assurance processes. Lead the team to meet program objectives. Accountable for all elements of program financial management, including headcount and software delivery capitalization. Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product coordination. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drive the use of Agile methodologies within technology teams in line with corresponding transformation framework at the bank. Negotiate relationships with, and manage service agreement monitoring of, external suppliers including technology suppliers. Report progress issues, dependencies, and risks to steering committees and initiative leadership, and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Pay range: $193,751 - $203,751 per year.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any STEM field and 10 years of work experience (of which 5 must be progressive, post-baccalaureate experience).
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
· Project management or a product management role;
· Commercial banking, product delivery, or risk and operations;
· Agile methodology;
· Creating and executing on new business strategies;
· Designing and delivering change into organizations; and
· Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, including rules and standards.
International travel required up to 5%; Domestic travel required up to 10%.
