We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: 

    ·     Utilize DevOps principles to streamline software development and deployment processes, ensuring continuous delivery and high-quality outputs.

    ·     Work in an agile environment, focusing on small, low-risk changes for high cadence release cycles, typically releasing to production daily or multiple times per day.

    ·     Take ownership and accountability for production incidents, in terms of timely communication, escalation and incident hygiene.

    ·     Support service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.

    ·     Provide technical support and end user services, handle incident tickets, conduct user training, and assist with BCP configuration and drill testing.

    ·     Provide regulatory support, including new regulatory system setup, regulatory PC maintenance, security patch management, and regulatory drill test.

    ·     Support new branch deployments and other business projects.

    ·     Provide VIP support for CNQ(headquarter) senior users.

    ·     Provide support for important events, townhall, meetings held in CNQ.

    ·     Manage the life cycle of PC asset in CNQ, optimize inventory, and handle procurement, and disposal processes.

    ·     Help ITSO(IT Service Owner) / IT PM through all relevant IT and Business governance processes if required.

    Requirements

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    Knowledge

    ·       Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment strategies.

    ·       Have good knowledge of the project lifecycle.

    ·       In-depth knowledge of end user technology including hardware, software, network.

    ·       Familiarity with common IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA).

    ·       Good understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements in banking.

    ·       Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) in both Mandarin and English.

     

    Experience

    ·        Bachelor’s degree or above.

    ·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry.

    ·        Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders.

    ·        Practical experience in delivering IT operations programs and projects.

    ·        Understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements.

    ·        Good interpersonal and communication skills.
