We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Transformation Lead, IWPB Asia Transformation (8 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for priority market business teams liaising with the global value stream delivery teams
  • Work with the markets to understand local priorities and ensure they are visible to Regional and Global stakeholders
  • Coordinate market demand and liaise with the value streams for guidance on global solutions and VS backlog prioritisation
  • Translate the strategic priorities into a meaningful, executable, prioritized roadmap and facilitate their design and execution
  • Assess local demand and identify capability gaps in order to deliver the VS outcomes
  • Establish a holistic view of delivery across all funding sources
  • Establish market delivery governance to optimise interactions with Regional and Global teams
  • Build strong relationships and credibility with the priority market executive teams and be seen as a trusted advisor when it comes to digital transformation and delivering complex change
  • Identify delivery blockers and co-ordinate resolutions across market, regional and global stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Business stakeholders in leading or supporting strategic initiatives
  • Ensure key learnings are captured to improve methodologies and share best practice
  • Work with the other Market Engagement Teams to share learnings and identify synergies across markets
  • Support global teams to synthesize investment demands from the priority markets globally and identify common capabilities and prioritize scalable solutions for delivery
Requirements
  • University degree holder
  • Experience of managing a large change portfolio of change activity
  • Previous experience in a Management Consulting company, or an equivalent integral role is preferred
  • Strong analytical background, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions
  • Experience in applying principles of Design Thinking, Lean, Business Architecture and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
  • Experience in facilitating SteerCos and other governance forums
  • Ability to articulate and communicate complex problems into an approach to identify solutions
  • Experience working in, and successfully navigating, a large and complex organisation
  • Versatile experience, working with people in both technical and non-technical environments
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience working in a retail or commercial banking organisation is preferable, but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally including experience presenting to C-Suite level stakeholders
