We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the Premier Wealth team in the role of a Wealth Coach to support the professional development and performance of relationship managers (RM’s) including sales managers. Through their experience and knowledge in financial advisory practices and strong coaching background, they will help the relationship managers enhance their client engagement, advisory capabilities and sales performance.
The working location for this position is HSBC Tower, Dubai, UAE.
In this role, you will:
• Coach, Support and guide relationship managers and Sales managers to be more productive in their role.
• Act as a strategic partner and mentor, driving excellence in client service and delivering measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Help in delivering a consistent and tailored wealth management service to our most valuable Premier clients.
• Drive commercialization of new initiatives & product launches by building positioning & segmentation skills of RMs.
• Ensure opportunities are identified and client needs are met effectively, maximizing all available resources.
• Compliance with the relevant Group standards and the Regulatory organization as applied to the implementation of the WPB strategy in their country.
• Portfolio income & Wealth penetration based on local requirements.
• Ensuring that sales & operations are undertaken in accordance with HSBC guidelines.
• Comply with local regulatory requirements.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge / Experience
• Evidence of strong client recommendation and sales results in wealth products.
• Evidence of coaching and leading high performing Wealth teams.
• Equivalent relationship management experience in managing high net worth client portfolios preferred.
• Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products.
• Sound knowledge of the impact of macroeconomics/microeconomics/local market developments.
• Expert knowledge of external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management.
• If internal, in-depth understanding of HSBC Global House Views.
• Strong clients focus and ability to develop long term partnerships with clients.
• Local regulatory & license requirements - job holder should possess valid licenses with accreditation on wealth management and qualification as required by country.
• Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment.
• Able to communicate well in English and Arabic is preferred
• Graduation degree is required to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
