Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.
 
We have over 20 card products, including generic credit cards, co-branded credit cards, affinity cards and commercial cards, and are one of the leading credit card issuers in the market. We are dedicated to offering customers superior credit card services and loyalty schemes, with an aim of enabling customers to get the most out of their day-to-day spending.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Acquisition (Debit Card).

Principal responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the launch strategy and implementation of new card product development
  • Take lead and coordinate with internal departments to launch and initiate card features and user friendly customer journey of the new card product
  • Plan and drive the growth of debit card  products through enhancing the card benefits, reward platform implementation and launch in terms of growth in portfolio spending and revenue drivers
  • Manage card portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory and card scheme requirements
  • Enhance good relationship with external business parties required to build card value proposition such as joint promotion partners and card schemes to solicit their supports and explore new business opportunities
  • Manage business result and plan marketing activities with effective customer communications to achieve performance indicators
  • Monitor the product budget and profitability
Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years’ banking experience, preferably with exposure to card business / transactional banking / marketing
  • Strong attentiveness to detail, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
