We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Banking Associate.
Principal Responsibilities
- Complete days’ work with required standards of accuracy.
- Maintain efficiency and able to work under pressure.
- Be up to date on existing products and services.
- Be up to date on policies, procedures, processes, and systems.
- Apply knowledge on foreign exchange control guidelines in day-to-day work.
- Involves account opening, processing transactions.
- Be able to provide a level of service expected by HSBC standards.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge on branch banking, products, services, and processes.
- Require good communication skills.
- Ability to provide solutions to customer queries and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
