The Opportunity:
- The role holder will be responsible for analysing, documenting and implementing the changes required due to various regulations and industry obligations impacting GFX and wider Markets business. Support the global GFX COO team and regional business stakeholders in delivery of wider business change on an as needs basis. In addition, the individual will also involve on Business Management & controls requirements
What you’ll do:
- Own the business analysis output and manage delivery of changes required to address mandated regulatory and industry obligations for the Markets / GFX, EM Rates and Commodities business (such as changes to policies, processes, procedures, systems etc)
- Operate front to back and work closely with related business areas and change programmes to ensure that all change requirements are captured and implemented
- Provide in-region support for regulatory changes to the GFX business, as directed by the Global GFX Market Structure requirements.
- Provide SME input into the strategic direction of given programmes
- Provide support on Business Management activities such as but not limited to - Management Information for business monitoring and key decision making – across strategic initiatives, business performance and headcount, strategic initiatives, controls & Change programmes
What you will need to succeed in the role:
Experience
- End-to-end understanding of the Global Markets/GFX specific business, model and day to day operation
- Understanding of financial markets regulatory landscape
- End to end Project Management and delivery experience/qualifications and history of success (>= 3yrs)
- Experience in working with teams, functions and individuals in a global environment and with senior management
- Minimum years of experience required is 10 years in Regulatory Change Management across the Markets Businesses
