The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join GDT IT COO team to manage Financial(Charges, Direct costs), Vendors, Workforce, etc.

What you’ll do:

Support business management related activities including but not limited to: 

·  Participate in planning activities: strategic portfolio, Capacity, technological and workforce Management

·  Financial Management and Governance: Customer Charges, Direct Cost, under/over recovery analysis, accrual, billing, etc.

·  Co-ordinate software capitalization and impairment process

·  Be involved in the selection of vendors with a strategic view to recommend the best third party for the requested service

·  Recommend solutions to save cost/SCO saving, etc.

·  Process Improvement & Efficiency

·  Financial Reporting

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Able to ensure accurate information maintenance at all levels despite rapid and frequent changes
• Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels inside HSBC and with external third parties
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and able to articulate messages to the business and enabling/ facilitating decision making
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; Strong sense of responsibility and committed to work; willing able to work under pressure and short turnaround time
• 8 years or above working experience

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Knowledge of Data Analysis 
• Experiences of working with diverse teams
• Experiences in using GPDM ,COGNOS, Clarity, Pioneer
