We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, ORSO Administration.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall day to day operational activities by ensuring all deadlines are meet and controls are adhered to
  • Explore opportunities to automate process and thereby enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Driving delivery of projects and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring full compliance with the ORSO Ordinance and Regulations
  • Perform reviews on MIs, forms revamps and regulatory reporting to the authorities
  • Responsible person in planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring of any agreed business process and/or IT changes
  • Supervise a team of staff, plans and manages the workload of the sub-ordinates, sharing best practices across teams
  • Oversight the work of offshore teams, driving for operational excellence
  • Owner on operational workflow, procedures manuals and training materials
Requirements
  • Degree holder, experience in pension (MPF/ORSO) and/or CRS/FATCA reporting would be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, experience to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to use judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems when there are issues escalated by offshore team and subordinates
  • Proven record of effective management in a managerial role would be plus, including but not limit to planning and decision making, identifying priorities
