We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Assistant Operations Support Manager (Customer Relationship Team), reporting to Manager, Relationship Management 


 Principal responsibilities: 

·         Support the daily operational management of Customer Relationship Centre

·         Contribute to the Bank's objectives according to the formulation and implementation of the business plan

·         Monitor and take multiple level control of different product performance for Relationship Management and Wealth Management streams respectively

·         Handle the daily administration of customer accounts including investment, insurance, loans, deposits, and other banking transactions

·         Ensure staff have conducted regular reviews with customers and provide appropriate wealth management products according to customer needs

·         Contribute to streamline the operation workflow and process to improve customer service and enhance the processing efficiency

Requirements

 

·         Diploma or Degree Holder; or a pass in HKCEE including Math’s plus Chinese or English or be a holder of HKDSE with relevant working experience will also be considered

·         Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 and 3 and Hong Kong Securities and Investment (HKSI) Paper 1, 7 and 8 a must

·         Proven experience in retail banking, with sound knowledge in banking operations

·         Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit and Risk, and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment

·         Good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills

·         Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred

·         High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
