The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, DATA AND ANALYTICS

What you’ll do:

• Technical Leadership:
  Act as a hands-on lead developer, guiding the team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.
  Provide technical mentorship to a team of multiple teams of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
  Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Product Development:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and customer needs, aligning them with the product vision.
  Take ownership of greenfield projects, leading them from inception to production release.
  Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.
• System Design and Implementation:
  Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Integration.
  Design and integrate secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth 2.0.
  Develop and maintain robust data storage solutions using MongoDB.
• Cloud and DevOps:
  Leverage AWS services to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
  Implement containerized solutions using Kubernetes for scalability and reliability.
  Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and operations teams.
  Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and technical challenges.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise:
  At least 8 years of hands-on experience in 5 or more of the following technologies:
     Java
     Spring Framework (including Spring Integration)
     OAuth 2.0
     MongoDB
     AWS
     Kubernetes
     Jenkins Pipeline
• Leadership Skills:
  Proven experience leading a team of multiple teams of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Product Ownership:
  Strong product owner mentality, with a focus on understanding technical and customer needs while aligning with the product vision.
  Experience in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production release.
• Problem-Solving and Communication:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
• Experience with microservices architecture.
  Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
  Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
