We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Operating Model Delivery.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Lead activities to identify, review and analyse business processes, operating models and systems to assess design implications across Business, IT and Operations
  • Support the designing and restructuring of global operating models, C&L roles, RACIs and service catalogues
  • Contribute to the creation of playbook for market-specific implementations, design and reengineer processes and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end integration and cost efficiency)
  • Assess the impact of change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design modifications and scope changes
  • Manage the implementation of solutions
  • Develop control structures and OKR scorecards as needed to track project milestones, budgets, resource allocation and employee engagement goals
  • Oversee external service providers
  • Collaborate with markets and regions to understand regulatory requirements, customer needs and the competitive landscape
Requirements

To be successful you will:

  • Knowledge and experience of Credit and Capital Management (Credit and Lending) and the relevant systems, processes and technology
  • Large scale change management experience 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the change framework
  • Experience in an Operations role 
  • An awareness of Future state architecture 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Benefits and Cost Management
  • Agile expertise - takes ownership of building agile capabilities in teams ensuring the right process are in place for agile requirement capture 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels 
  • Challenge business intent in a constructive manner to accurately define requirements and design detailed business solution and structures and the ability to drive standards while looking for innovative ways to improve business outcomes and add value to customers/stakeholders/colleagues
