We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Delivery Lead, Product Owner, Sales Enablement, COO and Technology) to gather, document requirements for Private Bank’s Sales and CRM tooling upgrade
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional system requirements, ensuring alignment with HSBC’s transformation strategy
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing and target systems, proposing enhancements to address deficiencies
  • Support the development of user stories, process flows, and system specifications for agile delivery and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of project updates, risks, and dependencies
  • Monitor system performance post-launch, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvements
  • Support new feature launch training and tracking of overall adoption
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Strong product management and business analyst skills and technical knowledge of Private Banking and client life cycle management
  • Proven track record in streamlining complex processes and ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi- culturally diverse work environments
  • Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, strong in data analysis. Experience of AI tooling implementation in banking industry would be a plus
  • Outstanding relationship management and influencing skills and Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex initiative
