• MSS Middle Office Operations are seeking a TM / BA to join the India based team. This is a role which will work with MO head for the build & roll out of Aladdin Investment Operations, continued development of the Middle Office Operations business and will provide the role holder with opportunities to develop the Operational capabilities across the operating centers. 
  The Opportunity:
• The role holder will join the MO function and will work closely with Derivatives, Transaction management team both local and regional stakeholders to deliver a globally efficient and controlled operating model. The role will require technical excellence and people management expertise to achieve target deliverables combined with the ability to get work done from administrators and / or SMEs to achieve target KPIs. Multi-tasking with ability to independently prioritize workload without impacting deliverables. The role will demand to drive excellent client service within the standard model with promoting continuous improvement of processes and of identifying and capitalizing opportunities to create capacity and generate efficiencies opportunities to create capacity and generate efficiencies. The individual needs to be flexible to work in shifts, respond to additional business need if required and work closely across different jurisdictions and cultures.
• The individual must keep the team motivated, ensure they perform at their best and work towards increasing the team’s overall performance in terms of productivity & quality.
  What you’ll do:
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the operational processing environment in Investment / Middle Office Operations. The role holder will be performing a Techno functional BA role, program management, preparation of BRD, perform UAT, and help / perform day-to-day operations in Derivatives and Transaction management team. Undertake/participate in projects for improvement in delivery quality and/or timeliness. Perform, supervise UAT testing as and when required.  Identify and reduce manual processes for enhanced operational control. Support and implement technology upgradation. Ensure governance on all daily/weekly tracker updated by team.  Update all management MI by the stipulated deadlines. Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required by the Supervisor in support of the ongoing management and development of the division. 

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Experience in running Middle Office / trade support function with international financial institutions. Good understanding of Fund Service model and the role of the Middle Office in it's business context. 
• Proven knowledge of Derivative Management gained within the Investment Bank/ Fund Services Industry, specifically exposure to OTC Derivative products. 
• A working knowledge of Securities Trading confirmation and settlement procedures and market practice, including the use of Electronic
• Trade Confirmations and SWIFT settlement message types.
• Strong risk assessment, control and testing skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively and proven ability to meet challenging deadlines.
• Project management Excellent working knowledge of power point presentations, MS-excel and workflows.
  What additional skills will be good to have?
• Experience working on Aladdin platform. 
• Knowledge on Trade platforms like Calypso/MARKIT/Geneva/Trade Flow /TLM /Multifonds. 
• Knowledge in the use of Bloomberg and/or Reuters.
• Basic knowledge in custody, brokerage, depository, Clearing agent and reconciliations.
• Additional qualifications related to financial industry will be given preference.
